Discovery

The “Discovery process” provides an opportunity to explore what problems are technically challenging a process in a business. zyXby will listen and learn and discover how to help understand any unresolved or even unconsidered problems for the  customer. During the discovery interview,  zyXby will ask what questions are presenting themselves as worth pursuing and more probing questions to clarify the problem. Sometimes just being a sounding board can help, but zyXby offers much more… zyXby wants to enable innovation.

At the end of the discovery interview, zyXby’s scientist will solve some problems quickly if feasible and write a report on the results of the interview to address all the scientific concerns. The report will identify all the discussed problems  and offer paths to resolution if not actual solutions.
